    Probably my favorite Forsyth book.

    The 1973 movie...

Remember the horrible movie that came out a few years ago?

I'm hopeful that they did the story good, but I'm not optimistic.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Don't waste your time on the 1997 movie. IIRC, the only thing it has in common with the Forsyth book is "Jackal."

The original movie was great. Even though you know how it ends, from the very beginning of the movie, the ending is gripping.

Why does the rifle look so funky? It's because it was smuggled in, in pieces, in a crutch.
