Why switch? .wav is a better audio quality.

I agree. This all your fault, anyway. 😛😛 Because you suggested the Yamaha CLP, that's what made the most sense...So we persuaded the powers that be, to buy three 745's.

Problem is that each site does not have its own Spotify account. Prerecorded stuff is being done at the main office and a thumb drive is sent to the different sites, but the thumb drive music is mp3 (why, I don't know).

We're dealing with non-technical funeral directors and I'm trying to make this as easy and as simple as possible.

Seriously, why convert? Email is the only limitation here, due to the file size.

But if that’s the issue, then connect an iPad up with the Smart Pianist App, record to the app and email from the iPad or iPhone.

You're preaching to the choir. You've got people who understand less technology than I do. But these guys want to take one thumb drive for one funeral (if my wife is not playing), plug-n-play and not have to think.

BTW, you ain't gonna shake an I-pad out of these guys. The wife (she could sell ice to Eskimoes) did good to shake out three laptops and three pianos.

What are they playing the file from when she’s not there? Computer or the Clavinova?

Go to YouTube and search for "how to convert WAV to MP3 for free" and you get a bunch of videos showing you how to do just that. Good luck.
