“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

How does that compare to the three years before Abbott signed Senate Bill 1?

Is there an independent audit of the Abbott Purge to ensure that eligible voters are not unfairly disenfranchised?

Have those purged been promptly notified that they have been purged?

Have those purged been given a fair and timely process to dispute and rectify any incorrect or improper decision to purge?

            1. Dunno, but I'm sure there are public records.
            2. They've had difficulty notifying the dead voters.
            3. They can reregister, if eligible to do so.

              https://www.texastribune.org/2024/08/27/greg-abbott-voter-rolls-texas/

... election experts point out that both federal and state law already required voter roll maintenance, and the governor’s framing of this routine process as a protection against illegal voting could be used to undermine trust in elections. The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 already governs how states should keep their registration rolls accurate and up-to-date, and also includes protections to avoid the inadvertent removal of properly registered voters.
