Just shows Frankenstein is was and always was a monster. FWIW, I bought a premade TURDucken a couple of years back for Thanksgiving. It was impossible to cook, the stuffing was a slimey mess, the duck was pure rubber, I ended up taking out the chicken and duck and cooking the turkey seperately. Meanwhile the wife and the daughters were --let's say, "unkind."

TBH, his sister Enola was a better cook. You know, she wrote a few cookbooks (which I don't have), with a couple of them focusing on reduced calorie and lowfat cajun cooking. Don't have a clue if they're good, but you can find them on the Internet Archive to borrow.
