Law school leaders and faculties have steadily disavowed teaching the constitutional text and structure to instead promote the latest fads in diversity, equity and inclusion.

      End DEI

From your lips to God's ears. I see nothing good that as come from DEI, but division and abhorrence of excellence.

Back to Constitutional Law...No attorney should graduate from law school without at least a 3-hour course on the Constitution and ideally, I'd make that a bit more. Might would cut down on some silliness...

          Might...

Considering the BS that these students are exposed to before they walk through the doors of law school, taking a 3+ hour course on the Constitution might be nice to help them pass a test.

The question is implementation after you pass the bar.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

I just started a thread about a Berkley professor who thinks the constitution should be rewritten. It has produced the greatest nation in the world and is the envy and model for many other countries. So we should scrap it. Lord save us from the overeducated.

I wouldn't say they are overeducated, just educated beyond their intelligence.
