If you remember, I had some strong opinions that I relayed in My hospital(ist) rant.
We got an email asking about the experience at XXXX hospital.
Needless to say, our responses were less than flattering. Everything (other than the care delivered by the nurses) was ones and zeros. A long-ish narrative was attached to the survey in the "comments" section.
The survey was sent out on July 17 - over a month ago.
We've not heard back.
