I blame Eric Holder for burying his report on a Friday night news dump. He did not want to correct the narrative even though his report did just that.

You can certainly call him a coward or an opportunist, but the blame for the narrative rests on the entire political tribe that embraces it, against all available facts, for their own tribal rhetorical gain. At the cost of psychological abuse of every black person who believes the narrative.
