(Sorry - didn't watch the video, have a general comment on VW0.
After they went through their emission scandal and had to pay the USD billions of $ in fines, one auto person said that this would effect them (VW) in the next 5-10 years because the money they spent on fines would have partially gone into research, engineering, new products etc.
Have no idea if that has been a problem. Doesnt seem to be.
