          I have actually considered a hair transplant in Istanbul. The problem is that it is very hard to distinguish good and bad hair clinics.

            Medical tourism is a big thing. Bangkok has been very very active in promoting this - both for non-emergency medical things (hip replacement, etc) but also for dental work. Singapore is the same way.
