        It was staked down. 18 inch stakes. This was a professional group at a minor league baseball game. The wind just came out of the blue. I had experienced the wind myself about 20 minutes earlier. I was driving home, on the phone with Karla, commented that it looked like a storm was rolling in, and suddenly my vehicle felt like it was hit by a wall of water, and the stop sign at the intersection was knocked over.
