Sounds like a mental health issue rather than a political issue.

Police soon identified a suspect, but the individual has likely already died. On Monday, Hancock PD reportedly received a call from someone who wanted to "confess a crime involving an ATV driver within the last 24 hours." The person also requested a ride.

Hancock police and Houghton County Sheriff's Office then went to the address associated with the caller. There, officers and deputies discovered "a 22-year-old male suspect ... found deceased with a single self-inflicted gunshot wound," a statement from the sheriff's office said.

I am sure we can all stipulate that mental health issues play a part in all incidents of driving an ATV over a person in their front yard while they put up a political sign. This does not prove that some political ideas weren't part of the stew of triggers.

        Education is extremely important.

Hancock police said that there were three incidents — two involving vandalism to vehicles — believed to be connected and carried out by someone in an ATV and that they appeared to target those expressing support for Trump or law enforcement.

The sheriff's office said the victims had displayed Trump election signs or "thin blue line" stickers and flags.

The sheriff's office said it and the Hancock Police Department were still investigating the case.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

If that ain't political, there ain't a cow in Texas.

I mean, this election is to save democracy! If somebody is defending and promoting Trump, then they are an enemy of democracy!
