Someone claimed that Jackson no longer has a license to practice medicine.

Oh yeah. He was a heavy drinker, was abusive to his subordinates, and was/is addicted to Ambien and was passing them out like candy. He had his Rear Admiralship revoked but was still calling himself admiral on his campaign.

I think this goes back to the Obama administration - handing out sleepers and uppers during foreign trips on AF1.

Yep. Now you can argue that he was investigated over it because of his relationship with Trump, but it’s still acknowledged that he did it, and he certainly hid the demotion futing his congressional campaign.
