RNC Convention Day 1 Commentary - 2016 edition

So I had my transplant 7/16/16 which was a Saturday. On Monday I was moved out of ICU to a 'step-down' unit, and I had a TV in my room.

I turned it on, it was day 1 of the RNC convention where Trump was being nominated.

I turned to the nurse and said "Oh wow. I guess I died during surgery and this is hell"

She cracked up and gave me great service for the next two weeks.
