I admit. It’s enough to make me strongly reconsider my vote. I fully intended to sit this one out and just enjoy the show, but now? I don’t know…

Yeah, @jon-nyc mentioned Reagan’s favorability going up 22% after his assassination attempt. I don’t think Trump’s goes up much at all. Maybe 2%. The electorate is still that divided, and there are still 40% of the population that will vote for actual Hitler over Trump.
I’m also not going to say Biden’s candidacy was absolutely saved, but I think it went from being a sure fire removal to highly questionable that he’s removed. Unless the DNC decides to give up on Ohio…

That came to my mind as well yesterday when I turned on the BBC to get the reports.
