I don't look for anything to change until we hit the wall.
If we haven’t hit it yet we’ve got to be an inch away.
It will take a catastrophic event. Then there will be a bipartisan compromise to fix, or at least improve, the situation.
We can’t fix it, we can only commit to retiring it over time.
