La Vacca

I passed by yesterday (I had to go to Jena). Noticed La Vacca is for sale. Not much land (17 acres), but it backs up to some pretty good fishing and Duck Lake is just down the road.
Folks that have it have only owned it a couple of years. And while it's on the main highway, it's in the middle of nowhere. Catahoula Parish ain't got but about 9000 people.
I'm not sure how old the house is, but it's definitely not antebellum.

Looks like a nice house. But, I always worry about houses near rivers and the possible flooding.
