Fair. Was the woman who recorded her conversations with Alito and his wife doing journalism? What’s the difference between her and Project Veritas? (I mean besides the fraudulent use of funds)

Obviously everybody would think so if Alito had said something of great public interest. As it was, it was an attempt at investigative journalism that uncovered nothing compelling.

Hmm, let’s see… One group got ACORN shut down for multiple violations of (yeah, I know that a defamation suit won a whopping $150K over one of the charges, but that ignores the several dozen others that lost ACORN their funding) and another tricked a Christian Justice into saying he thinks the US needs to have a Christian revival. Oh my. How horrible.

Journalism, as far as I'm concerned about the label being accurately applied, has to do with the truth, novelty, and public interest of a piece of reported information. The motivations of the reporter are an afterthought.
