    Thank you, President Trump.

    SCOTUS gets another one right.

Well let's take a look for the tribal loading of these decisions.

Allow the homeless to run amok, or face charges of unconstitutional cruel and unusual punishment? 6-3 against allowing them to run amok, with our three liberal judges dissenting. Tribal prediction power: 100%. Never-Trump conservatives who won't admit Trump does good things for their ideology: 100%.

Federal agencies may interpret ambiguous statutes governing their authority as they please, and courts may not overrule them: 6-3, along tribal lines: No, federal agencies must abide by the court's interpretations of their powers, rather than their own interpretation. Cultural loading: since agencies can be counted on to be culturally left, it's good for the cultural left that agencies have veto power over the judicial branch's interpretation of their power. Tribal predictive power: 100%

January 6 related case about a former police officer who entered the Capitol: Court rules 6-3 along slightly marred tribal lines that lower courts must prove the officer did real damage to the official proceedings. Barrett and Jackson switched tribes this time. Tribal predictive power: 90%. That's the second time in recent memory that Jackson has sided with the middle-ground conservatives. I haven't seen the other two wise females side with the centrist conservative contingent yet.

      Education is extremely important.

They’d still be able to make the case for their interpretation in front of a judge. But yeah, I can see how that could slow things down in there was a hold but on the rule making pending adjudication.

“Without Chevron, agencies may be wary of acting, even during an emergency, because their actions could be challenged, and they would no longer be able to cite Chevron in defense of their policy choices,” White said.

                Sounds good to me.

I wonder how much of a thorn this will be in the side of Project2025

Funny that I saw this article

                        https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2024/07/03/project-2025-kevin-roberts-scotus-immunity-ruling/74289539007/

The president of The Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think tank, said the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling is encouraging and that the group, known for Project 2025, is already in the process of “taking the country back.”

                        and

Roberts said Monday’s decision is vital to ensuring a president won’t have to “second guess, triple guess every decision they’re making.” He also alluded that it will help usher in Project 2025 if Trump wins reelection in November.

We are in the process of the second American Revolution, which will remain bloodless if the left allows it to be,” Kevin Roberts said in an interview on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast on Tuesday.

Calling bullshit on that. Bannon was in Federal Prison on Tuesday.

Which is going to be a vacation compared to the state time he’ll likely do for fleecing magats.

MIAMI (AP) — Donald Trump distanced himself Friday from Project 2025, a massive proposed overhaul of the federal government drafted by longtime allies and former officials in his administration, days after the head of the think tank responsible for the program suggested there would be a second American Revolution.
                            .
“I know nothing about Project 2025,” Trump posted on his social media website. “I have no idea who is behind it. I disagree with some of the things they’re saying and some of the things they’re saying are absolutely ridiculous and abysmal. Anything they do, I wish them luck, but I have nothing to do with them.”
