Proud - Day 22 - The Great Red Herring
-
It was exactly 3 years ago today that we had the following play out at a Loudoun School Board meeting in trans bathroom policies:
Beth Barts: “Do we have assaults in our bathrooms and our locker rooms regularly? I would hope not, but I would like clarification.”
Superintendent Scott Ziegler: “To my knowledge, we don’t have any records of assaults occurring in a restroom.”
At another point in the meeting:
Brenda Sheridan: “So, my memory, which I think is pretty good on this topic, going back to October 2016 when 1040 was first brought to the board, and did not pass, and then in April of 2019 when it did pass, […] there was a lot of discussion, that we’re having right now, about bathroom use and locker room use and privacy. Have we had any issues involving transgender students in our bathrooms or locker rooms since the passage of 1040?”
(female voice off camera): “Ms. Sheridan, we have not had any issues to my knowledge.”
Brenda Sheridan: “Thank you.”
Superintendent Scott Ziegler: “Ms. Sheridan, could I add to that response?”
Brenda Sheridan: “Sure.”
Superintendent Scott Ziegler: “So, the issue of assaults taking place, or transgender students assaulting other students in the restroom … Time Magazine in 2016 called that a ‘red herring,’’
Now, just two weeks earlier, Ziegler had sent an email to the board detailing a rape that took place in one of their schools, in the bathroom, by a transvestite. As an aside, Ziegler hid the trans in another school that fall, where the trannie did it again. During the meeting the victim’s father, Scott Smith, was visibly agitated then provoked by who we now call the Chardonnay Antifa, and was ultimately unfairly arrested at the meeting.
Since then, I have seen multiple other occasions of the press and trans advocates call the bathroom assault scenario a red herring. So let’s dig into that today…
-
In 2019, Sean Ojeda XY
was arrested for sexually assaulting a teenager in a Walmart bathroom. -
There were two cases reported in 2 middle schools in Brevard County Schools in 2022. One was dismissed as consensual, and one was not.

-
Miguel Martinez XY
was convicted for sexually assaulting a 10 year old girl in a bathroom in Wyoming.
-
Edmond Memorial HS in Oklahoma had a different type of assault in the bathroom. When 2 girls told a transvestite student to get out of the women’s room (it’s illegal in Oklahoma for trans to use a bathroom that doesn’t correspond to their sex), the young man responded by physically assaulting them. One of the 2 girls was concussed from the assault.
-
Katie Dolatowski, XY,
grabbed a 10 year old girl by the face, forced the girl into a stall in the women’s bathroom, and threatened to stab the girl’s mother while sexually assaulting her,He is facing other charges of using cameras to spy on young girls in the bathroom.

By the way, remember Hannah Tubbs from Proud - Day 8? https://nodebb.the-new-coffee-room.club/post/281987
