Regulation Intervals

Time to have the Perzina regulated. But geez, it's almost eleven years old. Can't complain, even with a light-handed player, that's better than many.
I've only had one problem with the piano, a broken plastic fitting in the end of the metal rod for the sustain peddle...And I'm 99% sure my nephew's wife did that by pushing the peddle side-ways.
I do miss my old tech, who was very good. I have a local guy who does a decent job tuning, but I'm going to have to get a guy out of Lafayette for a regulation and maybe a wee bit of voicing.
