It was just a matter of time. As somebody pointed out recently, until this silliness begins to hurt, state money gets spent that doesn't need to be and the voters ruin a career or two, lawfare will continue.
This will get dismissed.
Remember when Ken Paxson sued a bunch of states for voting for Biden? This will suffer the same fate.
