So he’s forgiving the trespassers and only prosecuting the ones he can show destroyed property. Disappointing but not surprising.

I have no doubt he’s sympathetic to them but also third degree criminal trespass has a max fine in NYC of 90 days in jail with first offenders getting nothing near that.
Maybe he could have plead them all to 1st or 2nd degree and at least given them a record.
