I had lunch at a client’s home this afternoon. He happens to be a climate scientist in one of the Federal agencies. His take? Climate change is real. How much is manmade? Some, but we don’t really know how much. And, it’s more complex than the scientists want to make it.

He pointed to the reduction of sulfur in freight fuel from 3.5% to .5% in 2020. Less sulfur in the atmosphere is good, right? Nope. Everybody missed that sulfur reflects light. The reduction in sulphuric has increased global temperatures and nobody saw it beforehand…

I saw something similar a few days ago. When you focus on one thing causing a potential problem, you ignore the other things that might be having an effect.

Insert "Hair" "Hello Sulfur Dioxide" song below.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Ask him if the Earth gets any warming from the Sun.

Did you happen to ask which comes first, CO2 or temperature?
