      Too much wolf crying like this in the past for articles like this to be taken seriously now. Take it to a court of law and prove it there.

        A story...

        Louisiana didn't become a conservative state until after Katrina. Oh, we knew New Orleans was as crooked as a dog's hind leg, but proving it was a different matter. The folks down there were very good at voter fraud. It was an open secret.

        But after the storm, when a large part of the city was displaced, a funny thing happened. Voting patterns changed tremendously in state wide elections. More than what could be accounted for simply by residents that were no longer in-state.

        And it hasn't changed back, even with the population of New Orleans back to where it was.
