      Maybe the next Clarence Darrow can explain how the climate works.

      If these geniuses shut down big oil, that would probably bankrupt the world.

        It’ll be a narrow ruling. It won’t address liability for fossil fuel externalities it will simply be that the state lacks the authority under federal law.

        Seems almost boring. Does anyone remember when NY had a similar suit thrown out? Me neither.

        The only difference is this will be the SCOTUS rather than circuit court so it’ll get grave headlines.
