We had an "Anesthesia Tech" at our hospital. Sue's job was to clean and maintain the anesthesia machines. She helped set up monitoring for open heart surgery and other cases. Whenever there was a problem, we'd call Sue.

About 3 years before i retired, Sue's son and a couple of friends formed a garage band. They called it "Community Service," but had to change their name because someone already had it. They changed their name to "Capital Soiree."

They've had a reasonable amount of success which just amazes me. They write all their own stuff which is, IMO, pretty good. Recently they had a tour on the West Coast.

Sue's son, Stephen, is singing here. The guy playing bass is Max - he used to be the stockboy at our local grocer.

This song is typical of their stuff.

    But this is my favorite.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

        80's vibe.

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton
