If I remember - they actually have three stingers!!

I saw a mosquito in Cheddarland that was so big that its wheels were down, flaps extended, and I could read the number on its tail.

We had a man so desperate to get away from the swamp skeeters, he hid under an overturned claw-foot tub in the barn. Imagine his surprise, when one of the skeeters punched a hole through the bottom of the tub with his beak, and then flew off with the tub!
