      Regardless of the verdict (and you can guess what it will be), the judge committed so many reversible errors that an appeal is a slam dunk.

        Judicial conduct has been soooo bad, the judge needs to suffer some type of substantial censure or punishment.

        But he won't.

          As I mentioned in the other thread, he received a "letter of caution" last July because of his political contributions.

            I was wondering about the interactions with the witness. Even the mainstream media was very tight lipped over the actual cause of clearing the room. I would like to know what the objections were that the judge overruled that caused Costello to raise his eyebrows.

            Would not the court reporter still have been on hand to record it?
