I was watching an interview last night with a Ukrainian Archer crew. They absolutely love them. They don't have to coat a grid with artillery, they rarely ever have to fire over two shells to hit a target. Often, only one.

After receiving a fire mission and confirming coordinates, they can shoot in 5 seconds. Then follow with a second round in less than 20 seconds. Then they scoot to a new firing position.

They also love the armored cab and the fact that they don't have to get out of the cab for a routine mission. They also like it that one person can fire a single round or a stonk by himself, if absolutely necessary.
