      I guess this just is another data point that just because someone is famous and has made a lot of money, they are smart with that money.

      It seems like it happens all the time and from the outside, I look at it, and wonder how they can be short of money. 🤷

        In the article, he points out how popular the show is and the desire of the cast to continue. He also says he's not in financial difficulty, he just couldn't keep the ranch without the extra money.

        1. I think he's politickin'.
        2. The ranch should be paid for...Maybe he's talking property taxes? :man-shrugging:

          Yes, you are probably right Jolly. He wants the show to continue and uses this as another way to get sympathy. I do know that he has been quite popular for a long time so hopefully was able to save some money over the years. I remember watching the reruns of his Magnum show in Taiwan.
