Both swing states will have abortion referenda on the ballot in November.

Other states have them which aren’t swing states but could affect the Democrats chance of regaining the house, including MD, FL, and NY.

They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.

      Fear! FEAR! FEAR!

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

Arizona has repealed the 1868 law, or passed a new law superseding it.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Was it done out of “FEAR” or principle?

Does anybody think abortion is a political win for the GOP?

              Education is extremely important.

No, they thought Roe was bad law. So, a win for good law. Others think it’s a win for virtue. I’m just curious if anybody thinks being pro-life is good for the political viability of the GOP. I think it stands as an actually principled platform which everybody realizes is a political loser.

There are several people who don't like abortion.

                      The data are in already.
