Ok, the editor that wrote the headline to one of the photos got it wrong:

A Texas-based company called “MakeAmom” is marketing a syringe-like device that purportedly enables women to get pregnant without intercourse.

Clearly they had intercourse if there were gametes in the condom.
They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.
