A high school student from Parkland High School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, made headlines after a video surfaced of him slapping his teacher not once, but twice.
The incident, deemed “inappropriate and unsettling” by school officials, sparked an investigation by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
The student, identified as Aquavious ‘Quavo’ Hickman by The North Carolina Beat, now faces charges including communicating threats and assault on a government official.
