Giant suction cup? Seems like someone will come up with a way to break the suction.

(But if it works, pretty cool. Easy and quick to install.)

Saw a sign for barnacle parking enforcement today in Galveston. We paid our 16 bucks to avoid it.
Education is extremely important.
