According to people in jail, there are no guilty people in prison. LOL

(Though I do agree (depending on the crime) that age should be taken into thinking when making a prison sentence).

But, there has been no sentence in this case, so not definite that the 87 year old will go to jail. My guess is no.

Young enough to do the crime, young enough to do the time.

I have far more sympathy when they are contemplating jail time for an 87 year old who committed the crime 5 decades ago.
