Good Lord, I thought this was a quote taken out of context, or maybe a misspeak moment. It isn’t. She’s basing it on a series of laws in Atlanta that hold Nightclub and Bar owners accountable for crimes and violence in their clubs. She doesn’t see the freaking difference between a gas station and a gangsta rap club where guys are snorting coke in VIP rooms and guys are shooting each other…

Hopefully she is not saying something that is as dumb as it sounds. Maybe she is talking about stores that are selling drugs, etc and something happens due to that.
