This is like the Target boycott. It’s not affecting a damn thing. Target’s stock dropped because of a bad earnings report. It had nothing to do with a boycott. Planet Fitness Stock dropped because they lost their Chief Executive the last week of February, then another 2 execs since then. The stock was going down before the whole shenanigans happened. And even if the value dropped, it’s a stock valuation. A good couple of days makes that $400,000,000 back up.

Show me membership drops. Show me actual lost revenue. Show me pickets. Otherwise, this is a bunch of right wing influencers trying to take credit for something they never had anything to do with.

Bud Light worked because it was the wrong consumer. The guys that are incensed about this are people that likely weren’t going to Planet Fitness anyway.

You’re talking about harm to a whole lot of people for the stupidity of a few. I can’t support that. But then I’m a PF member. I don’t see any of these creeps at my club.

If we follow the logic of what they're suggesting, there wouldn't be a liquor store left open in the country.

              I was only joking

I don’t approve of their policies toward transgender, but the woman taking pictures was a clear violation. The club acted appropriately imo.

When I read the story, at first, I could understand her discomfort. But, taking pics in the locker room?

I understand her discomfort. Oh yes. But PF handled the whole thing badly.
