Trillons

Too bad we can’t afford it after giving trillions to A) companies that posted record profits even without the PPP loans during COVID, and B) Individuals that maintained employment and compensation levels while having their expenses significantly reduced during COVID.
I suppose we’ll just have to print the trillions needed. That worked so well, last time.
The bitch of it is that this really is needed. But hey, we also have to teach critical gender theory in Guatemala…

Moving is one thing.
Producing it is another.
Being good at moving something opens up new efficiencies that allow you to produce less of that something in the aggregate while still meeting the same overall demand.
When you are bad at moving something, you have to have excess capacities at each pocket of production and consumption to ensure high probability of meeting peak demands in each locality. But when you are good at moving something, you can reduce the overall excess capacity because when one locality that is experiencing demand in excess of its own production capacity can better source from another locality that still has spare capacity after meeting its local demand.
