THere's probably a work-around.

Grant temporary clearance to the attorneys and have them present a vague description (acceptable to the state and the defense) of what is in the file to the jury.

Considering this is from the Daily Beast, I'm not surprised to see this Scarborough-worthy kind of reporting.
