The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

      Can terminators be far behind?

We already have those, more or less.

I saw AI-powered drones like that at a trade show.

One implementation had the AI trained to recognize a certain hand gesture, such that once a person in view is recognized to have made that hand gesture, the drone will automatically track that person.

What's the practical application? If nothing else, YouTubers and TikTokers can even more easily create one-person shows without needing a videographer and still be able to walk around while recording their shows.

Which really just indicates you don't understand what videographers do.

The Chinese can manufacture zillions of them - and program them to swarm - whether troops, armour, aircraft carriers or fortified installations.

And they would look to TikTok to look at your face?

They've already raided every other social media and website for that kind of information. Tik Tok is providing a forum for directly marketing to US consumers, bypassing major and minor vendors - think Amazon, Facebook, etc.
