Beating up of New York Subway Cellist

I know we had a forum thread about this, my lack of searching skills kept me from finding it.
A young woman that allegedly struck a subway busker with his own metal water bottle was arrested on Friday, Feb. 28, the NYPD says. Amira Hunter, who is 23 years old and a resident of Brooklyn, was hit with an assault charge for the Feb. 13 attack on 29 year-old Iain Forrest.
Prosecutors suggested that Hunter be held on bail, but a judge disagreed and put her on supervised release.

According to Forrest, a medical student, this was not the first time he had been targeted while playing in the subway.
Dang, how bad do you have to be as a musician to be attacked twice while playing in the subway?
