Two days ago, the new Golf Course owner decided that he is switching from billing in arrears to billing in advance.

So we will pay, in arrears, for February at the beginning of March.
Then we will pay, in advance, for March at the beginning of March.

13 monthly payments this year for 12 months of golf. The new math.

His reason? This is the right way to do it.
