President Trump has a heartfelt desire to do what is best for America and her citizens.

How many 10s of millions of indoctrinated midwits will read this sentence and immediately disregard the humanity and intelligence of whomever wrote it?

    Education is extremely important.

You know, even if said with tongue-in-cheek, it's gospel truth.

It wasn't tongue in cheek at all. At least I didn't think so.

I think it is ridiculous to say that President (Biden/Trump/Obama/Bush/Clinton etc) hate the US and X president loves it more.

Each president may have a different "vision" for what they want to American to be, and how to accomplish that, but to say that President Trump hates America because he want to do this and that is ridiculous. And to say that he loves American more because he wants to do this and that is equally ridiculous.

Yet you have never met with the man or others. This guy has. It is his perceptions, ergo not ridiculous.

Still, juxtapose the Gunnery Sergeant’s perceptions with those expressed by generals Mattis, Kelly and McMaster who experienced the former POTUS at a more high level capacity.

I’ll defer to the documented perceptions of the named senior officers.

That's fair. I was commenting on the assertion that it was ridiculous of this man to say that.

@Mik I guess I wasn't directly saying that the arthor of the article was ridiculous, but more of a general statement.

The statement that Horace quoted from the article, I am sure is true of President Trump. But I am sure that it could be applied to President Biden also (or President Obama/Bush/Clinton, etc.). I do feel that US presidents have a desire to do what is best for American and her citizens. It may not match up with what I think is best, but it does not mean that they do not think that.

Even people on this forum board have said that President X or Y hates America. I was speaking more to that and that it is ridiculous to say that.

The scientific consensus is that Joe Biden hates America.

The scientific consensus is that Donald Trump loves himself.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Both of these things can be true. But I do not believe Biden hates America.
