Exactly. The US produces around 20 million bbls/day. That is almost double what Russia produces and just under 4 times what we produce here in Canada. The discounted WCS (upgraded Alberta heavy crude) feedstock we send to the US is blended with WTC and either made into fuel for the US market or exported by US producers at world price.
