There was a Ukrainian refugee that was on a train when a clearly deranged black man stabbed her. There were like 4 people sitting around them that did nothing to help her for 2 minutes. She bled out and died. The whole thing was caught on video that has been released. It’s a pretty big thing right now.

The picture is a pretty accurate reproduction except they reversed the races as is Netflix’s want..
