It’s not the number of the plate . It’s a public service announcement for breast cancer. It’s a nice idea. Early detection saves lives. Get it? In contrast to that Maine plate offering someone’s ex girl friend for oral pleasures.
Btw if someone wants the number of the ex, just PM me, I have it jotted down somewhere.

Yeah, I don’t really get how TikTok works and don’t have a link. I think somebody with an account has to link it.
