Was expressing surprise that the same state the has breast cancer detection plates as a public service also has blow job plates expressing a public service.

It’s not the number of the plate . It’s a public service announcement for breast cancer. It’s a nice idea. Early detection saves lives. Get it? In contrast to that Maine plate offering someone’s ex girl friend for oral pleasures.
Btw if someone wants the number of the ex, just PM me, I have it jotted down somewhere.
