Seriously, though. What's the process for dealing with an elected official who, proudly, stands in defiance of the Supreme Court, of ANY court? Is that a "High Crime?"
Trump could just as legitimately say, "Nope. That ruling is an 8th amendment violation, and I ain't payin' it."
