I was just solicited to vote in a contested set of issues for the Disney board since3 I am a stockholder. A lot of it seemed to just be protecting and compensating the existing board rather than serving the shareholders so I voted against everything the board was for. They're done a terrible job as of late and there needs to be change at the helm. Some issues were related to the company's support of transgenderism, charitable and political donations.
