TLDR version?
Reversing course on a large number of changes made to the laws during the heart of the BLM protests… Bail reform going backwards, Masks while intimidating or threatening is illegal again… Metro fair evasion is illegal again. Police are allowed to chase suspects again. Weird drug free zones that can be randomly set up by police chief for five days where they get authoritarian powers…
There are some weird over the top things in the bill, but for the most part it’s reinstating policies these exact same council members voted out over the last decade. When will voters learn?
